Expandable Polystyrene (EPS)

EPS items are widely used to protect electronic devices from vibrations and cushions. EPS items are also used to protect pharmaceutical products, marble and ceramic bricks, and anything else to be protected. A particular characteristic from EPS material, this has been used when there is no chance to reuse the package because the final location is determined by the final user, so the collection is not economically practicable.

EPS is typically used as packaging of computers, televisions, radios, printers, etc.

Expandable Polypropylene (EPP)

EPP foam, nowadays is from the thermoplastic group the one with the best resiliency, that is the reason of its success. EPP resists high impacts with no plastic deformation. From a strict cushioning standpoint EPP is better than any other packaging material. That is why this foam has been used in automotive industry.

EPP is light, extremely flexible and overall its cushioning capacity is remarkable. Chemical resistance and last long life are excellent. If the production process let you reuse the package many times, the EPP material is the most suitable material for that.

EPP is typically used as packaging of copiers, drivers, and of course, for car accessories and car bumpers.

Expandable Polyethylene (EPE)

EPE foam is a very special material, in the USA the EPE has a great application for fragile electronic devices and overall for electrostatic discharges, that is why this material is commonly used with anti-stat in low density.

The most particular EPE property is its soft surface, so we can use the EPE to protect delicate devices from scratchs. Chemical resistance and last long life are excellent. If the production process let you reuse the package many times, the EPP material is the most suitable material for that.

GEPE is typically used as packaging of screens, LCDs, lasers devices.

Arcel

This foam offers more flexibility, last long life and cushioning capable than EPS material. So, we can reduce crates and packaging dimensions and increase transportation capacity by pallet; saving freight cost and space in warehouse.

Arcel is typical from USA, and commonly used in floating devices and sport water equipment; for electronic industry is also used as packaging. Arcel does not need to be coated for chemical protection, as happen in EPS items.

pulp Moulding

Simple and easy packaging for a special or breakable equipment. The pulp moulding is our new choice.

This process is commonly used to manufacture egg, apple and peachtrays, even cellular phones, radios and printers.
